In a newly built building, a 120sq.m. loft designed with industrial chic style but also bohemian elements was completed. The two-level apartment, designed to be different from the usual minimalist lofts, mixes earthy elements, pressed concrete and iron. The pressed cement wall that embraces the metal staircase and the bright colors of the fabrics used in the apartment’s furniture create a pleasant mood for its visitors. Natural light is found in all areas of the house, diffused by the multiple openings, wood gives warmth to the areas of the house, while the bohemian decorations give a colonial and traveling character to the residence. Finally, smart, flexible and timeless furniture was designed, offering plenty of storage spaces, in earthy and industrial shades respectively.
