The new high-rise residential building utilizes the incentives for the creation of buildings with minimum energy consumption and the environmental upgrade and improvement of the quality of life in densely built-up and urban areas. The area of Trochiodromiki became known for its luxurious country houses which were the dream of many urbanites in the 1920s, so the new building with the highest energy rating (A+) evolves the old standards of living and comes to offer units of luxury urban living option with southeast orientation for ideal sunbathing at all times of the year. The design of the corner building is with simple lines based on the principles of minimalism, which is enhanced with modern materials, while bringing the element of nature to balconies, roofs and the surrounding area with plantings and plant species specially designed for the microclimate of the area. A key element of the composition is the central vertical element with smart balconies with plantings, and the strong vertical wall to the north that protects and strengthens with the shell energetically. The smart pitched roof has photovoltaic bodies that save energy and is directly attributed to all the residents, bringing economic and environmental profit to the neighborhood. On the ground floor level we find the pilotis with disabled access and charging points for electric cars with energy resulting from the photovoltaic installation that will be placed on the sloping boxed roof facing south. The building will use new materials such as visible concrete, wood, metal, aluminum frames, safety glass with high thermal capacity and energy brick masonry technologies, shell on the facades, new generation heating through underfloor heating and heat pump boiler and structural systems. At the same time, he takes advantage of the incentives by designing the roof with the installation of a photovoltaic energy saving system for the benefit of the entire population while a surrounding garden will be formed, based on the climate, the microclimate and the location of the plots and the area.
